Ryan was born and raised in Kilgore, Texas, and began ballet classes at age six. She has a diverse training and studio background, studying under Tena Vogel, Tempe Kirby, Katie Quinn, and Lexie Drennan. Ryan also participated in several intensives and master classes from industry professionals including Desmond Richardson, Tyce Diorio, Tracie Stanfield, JT Horenstein, Slam, and many more. She was a four year member of her high school dance team, serving as the team Captain during her junior and senior years.

 

After high school, Ryan attended Kilgore College where she was a member of the Kilgore College Rangerettes. During her two years on the team, Ryan was selected for the Rangerettes' elite dance group, the Swingsters, and served as a Lieutenant her sophomore year. Also while at KC, Ryan was a member of Industry Dance Company, the specialty modern dance group with the Kilgore College dance department.

Ryan currently attends Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, majoring in Strategic Communications with a minor in History, and is a full-time dance staff member with Encore Creative Productions.
